Can I use my own wardrobe?

Yes.  If you would like to use your own wardrobe and/or costume, that is fine.  Make sure that if your website is dark colored, use light clothing.  If your website is light colored, use dark clothing.  NO GREEN OR BLUE clothing at all!

Can you film at my location?

It depends.  Please contact us for this information.  Many factors are to be considered when filming outside of the studio.

Can you also re-design my website at the same time?

Yes, we provide website services and can redesign your website.  We also provide domain names, hosting, marketing solutions, all web services and can webmaster them for you.  Any services that you may need for your internet venture, we are here to help make sure you succeed.  Be advised that the time frame of a week or less may be void if additional services are performed. It depends on what all that you need.  However, we can still give an approximation of the time frame for delivery.

When I decide to start, what steps do we take to get this done?

Lets take for instance that you want a virtual introduction to your website.  You know your business better than anyone else and can probably write the best script on what YOU want to greet your website visitors with.  (we can help your write your script for additional fees).  The first thing is getting all you can say within the timeframe that best fits your budget. You can probably fit 30 to 50 words with 15 seconds, 70 to 90 words with 30 seconds and 150 to 170 words within 60 seconds. (the words in the timeframe are approximations).  When your script is ready, either you or a model, if you choose, will be filmed.  Done.  Once we know where on your website that you would like to show, if approved by our programmer(s), the process starts.  Within a week, your new virtual introduction is shown on your website.

Do you travel?

At the current moment, we are located in Sherman, Texas.  We will travel, but additional fees may apply.  The most cost effective way to use us at the moment, is if you are located in Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana.

What if I dont like the video once it is on my website?

When we record in the studio, you are asked to review and approve of the footage.  You will not be blind on how you did on the video shoot.  If a model does your script for you, you will still need to approve of the video before we start the programming process.  If, for some reason, you have a change of heart after the video has been embedded onto your website, we may work with you, but reshooting another video may have additional fees.  A "change of heart" does not constitue for a full refund, but we may work with you on credit towards a satisfactory result to better suit your desire.

Are there any re-ocurring fees?

No.  Once we quote you on what you would like to have done, that is the final price.  Your video will NOT include monthly, annual or any other re-ocurring fees.  The quoted price is the price for a permanent digital multi-media advertisement.

Where on my website can I place my new video introduction?

Anywhere except for the portions of your website that are links.  We can not cover links or flash documents.  If it is images or text content, that is probably the perfect place.  This assures that your website visitors can get full navagational experience without distorting the appearence of your website.
